Every day we are collaborating with administrators, teachers, and students to incorporate brain science and innovation into learning and leadership practices at all levels of these organizations.

Centennial School District
With Centennial School District, we are strategically aligning brain science across their K-12 system through adaptive professional learning for administrators, teacher liaisons, and instructional coaches. We are also incorporating brain science into the year-long Teacher Induction Program, asynchronous professional learning for curriculum and time management, and teachers participating in our 23-24 cohort of Teacher Leader Fellows!

Bristol Township School District
Our partnership with Bristol includes the entire community—teachers, students, families, and administrators! The Truman Think Tank is in it’s third year working to boost community and motivation among 9th grade students. New teachers are participating in Teacher Induction programming, K-12 families are invited to join Family Brain Nights, middle school students have customized workshops, and teachers are part of the 23-24 Teacher Leader Fellows cohort!

Bensalem Township School District
Together with Bensalem teachers and leaders, we are leveraging brain science to strategically advance the district’s goals. Our partnership includes collaborative professional learning for administrators and Think Tank members, Science of Learning sessions for support staff, Teacher Induction Programming for new staff, Family Brain Night for K-12 families, and teachers participating in our 23-24 cohort of Teacher Leader Fellows!

Pennsbury School District
Pennsbury has two Think Tanks embarking upon innovation for the district, one at Pennsbury High School and a second spanning K-12 to envision the future of instruction across the district. The K-12 administrator team is also participating in our Science of Learning and Leadership series, as well as our Innovation Summit Series!

Avon Grove School District
In our partnership with Avon Grove School District, the administrator team is applying brain science to practice through our Science of Learning & Leadership professional learning series. We are also hosting multiple Family Brain Nights for parents and caregivers of K-12 students to better understand the science of their children’s brain development and research-based strategies for supporting growth and learning!

Perkiomen Valley School District
We are proud to be collaborating with Perkiomen Valley to engage new teachers in understanding the brain and research-based strategies through our Science of Learning Induction Series, as well as the K-12 administrator team in our Science of Learning and Leadership Series and Innovation Summit.

School District of Haverford Township
The School District of Haverford Township is leveraging the science of learning as a frame through which to strengthen their new curriculum implementation in 2023-2024. The district is also planning to offer Family Brain Nights, and engage the full administrator team in the Science of Learning and Leadership series.

Radnor Township School District
In collaboration with the Radnor team, we are building understanding of the brain for teachers through our Science of Learning series, which will align with their action research project requirements. We are also integrating brain science into their year-long Teacher Induction Program to strategically support their district priorities.

Cherry Hill Public Schools
We are collaborating with Cherry Hill High School East administrators and teachers through our Science of Learning series to deepen their commitments to their school’s three pillars of learning is social, cognitive engagement, and belonging. We offer professional learning to support their PLC-driven book studies of The Teenage Brain and Better than Carrots or Sticks: Restorative Practices for Positive Classroom Management.

At Edgewater Park, we have collaborated with district leaders, staff, parents, and students to facilitate Strategic Planning community workshop sessions to inform the development of the district’s next 5-year strategic plan. In support of their future direction, we are offering Science of Agency professional learning for district-wide staff and administrators.

Unionville-Chadds Ford School District
We are proud to support the research and development of UCFSD’s innovative Portrait of an Educator program. This year we are partnering with Unionville High School’s teachers and administrators to explore the Science of the Teen Brain and Learning, and district leaders are joining the Innovaton Summit!

Aspen School District
Aspen School District strategically incorporates brain science for new teachers through our Science of Learning for Induction program each year. Their administrator team has also completed our Science of Learning and Leadership series.

Marple Newtown School District
In Marple Newtown, their K-12 Think Tank is in its second year using brain science to innovate student-driven supports across K-12 learning. Administrators are also participating in the Science of Learning and Leadership, series.

Fluxspace
In our 5-year partnership with Fluxspace and Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, we are collaborating to create innovative STEM spaces and learning experiences for K-12 students, teachers, and leaders in Norristown Area School District and Cheltenham School District. Teachers will participate in our Science of Learning series and Teacher Leader Fellowship program, and administrators will participate in our Science of Learning and Leadership series.

The science team at Willingboro Township Public Schools is participating in a combined Science of Learning & Productive Struggle series, supporting their inquiry-based approach to learning for students in grades 5-12.

Everyone is embracing learning about the brain at Springfield! Springfield teachers, staff, and 3-6th grade students have all participated in our workshops about the brain, emotions, and learning.

Nazareth Academy High School
We have supported Nazareth teachers and administrators in facilitating student-driven learning experiences both in their classrooms and using their Innovation Center through our Science of Student-Driven Learning series. We are also supporting the school in creating an adapted evaluation framework that prioritizes research-based practices for high-quality student learning and engagement.

We have advised project direction for a collaborative team including SciStarter, Oregon State University, COSI, Science Festival Alliance, ASTC, and The Connectory to lead Science Near Me—a mobile-friendly website that allows the public to search a wide variety of opportunities to participate in STEM locally and nationally.
